/ ATLANTA -- The Sunday Foundation, whose CEO is Anesthesiologist and Community Advocate Dr. Renee Sunday, announced today that there will be a special Benefit Concert on SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 9, 2019
to raise funds for government employees affected by the recent shutdown.
Earlier this year, thousands of government employees were forced to work without pay and this caused a ripple of detrimental and aggravating instances for many. From lack of finances to handle bills to failed healthcare needs, many Americans suffered at the hands of ill planning. And because we must do something when we can
do something, Dr. Sunday saw fit to get this event under wraps.
Several prominent men and women in business, ministry, and the like will be in attendance. Hosted by celebrity DJ Traci Steele
, of Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta
, this event will be held at 3D Complex
(2244 Panola Road Lithonia, GA). Doors will open at 7 pm and will feature the following special guests: Minstrel Appointed, Shay Samuels, Jameelah Wilson, Arthur Roland, AND MORE!
In an effort to ensure all monies raised go towards our government employees, this event is FREE! Yes, FREE! Businesses also have the opportunity to sow a donation of $300 or more to earn a spot in all marketing materials used for this event. That's right, if you're needing to advertise your business or brand, this is the perfect opportunity to be seen by hundreds and thousands. But please know that ALL donations of ALL sizes are being accepted. And this benefit concert will give attendees the opportunity to make monetary donations.
