Jan. 31, 2019 / PRZen / WASHINGTON -- Co-Owner of the Medium Rare Restaurants (www.mediumrarerestaurant.com), Tom Gregg, announced today that he has published a book titled A Cool Breeze on the Appalachian Trail: A Supported Thru-Hike about his 2,200-mile mountain adventure from Georgia to Maine. Tom, AKA Cool Breeze, completed the journey walking an average of 26 miles (a marathon) a day for 85 consecutive days.   Tom shows us that although there is only one path to hike the Appalachian Trail, there are myriads ways to do it.  "You can hike it quickly or slowly; you can camp in a tent, a car or you can stay in B&Bs; you can carry your food or you can have food delivered," states author Tom Gregg.  "The important thing is that you understand there are options that allow you to hike your own hike; accomplish your own goals; live your own dreams." A Cool Breeze on the Appalachian Trail shows you how to do it.
