Children's Television Programming
The Federal Communications Commission has adopted rules governing television stations' obligations to broadcast programming responsive to the educational and informational needs of children. These reports outline television stations' responsiveness to the educational and informational needs of children. The quarterly children's television programming reports of station TRI-STATE'S CW WQCW-TV are available for public inspection during normal business hours at the WQCW station located at 400 CAPITOL ST.
